Temple Wedding Photo Contract

The contract can be downloaded here.  After filling out the contract, you can return it one of the following ways:

  • Scan the contract and email the signed contract to dacy@dacymedia.com
  • Mail the completed contract along with a check to:

Additional Contract Information

  • The first payment (deposit) needs to be submitted with your contract. Visit the payments page for more information on payments.
  • The contracted party can be the Bride & Groom themselves or sometimes it is one of the parents of the Bride & Groom.
  • The temple contact is somebody who will have their cell phone on them and will answer it on the day of the wedding. This will be my contact person if I have questions while the bride and groom are in the temple.
  • If you choose a standard package, check the appropriate box. If we have discussed a custom package, check that box. The custom package offered to you in writing (via email) will be considered part of the final agreement.
  • If you would like to add-on additional features that are not included in your package, check the appropriate box. If you are interested in other options that you don’t see listed, please let me know and I will quote you a price. For example: Aerial Footage, Music Videos, Luncheon recording.
  • If you have any questions about the contract, please feel free to contact us.
  • Photos: Photos are delivered on an online photo album that will allow you to view, download, share and/or order prints of your photos.  Photos are delivered with basic editing for color & crop.  Additional services such as blemish removal, switching heads in group photos, etc are available at an extra charge.
  • Backup your photos: After you receive your photos, we recommend that you immediately download them to more than one location. That way, your photos are kept safe in case one copy is lost or damaged. We keep your photos for at least 3 months after we deliver it to you. As an added precaution, we can save your final photos for 10 years for the price of $25. This way, if there is a problem (fire, theft, computer crash, etc.) you won’t loose your wedding photos.
